1. Create a Qmailer Account.
2. Go to 'Addresses'. Select 'Subscribe Form'.
3. Select the 'Group' you want to add captured data to.
4. Tick the data you wish to include.
5. Hit Go.
6. Preview your new 'Subscription Form', (see ours here).
7. Copy the 'HTML' code into your web site.
